Support took a little longer to reply than I expected, which was a bit frustrating at first, but once they did, they actually fixed my issue. So... not the fastest response, but it worked out in the end.

Just a heads up for anyone thinking about ordering from clarkscanada.com: I bought a pair they were comfortable from the first day. No breaking-in drama, no rubbing, and no sore feet even after I walked around all afternoon. Definitely one of those pairs you end up reaching for way more than expected

I wanted to like these, but after only about two months the soles started peeling off. I wasn’t even doing anything crazy in them, just normal wear, so… yeah. Disappointing.

The leather feels soft but still sturdy, not like that cheap thin stuff, and the stitching looks clean from what I can tell. They did take a few wears to loosen up, so they weren’t perfect right out of the box, but overall the quality feels good for the price
